Corona has a population of about 161,540 and sits in Riverside County. It is about 4.5 miles from Norco, which puts it inside the working radius of nearly every contractor in this network.
Behind it: morning fog that sits on the roof until mid-morning. It is why two identical houses on the same street can be ten years apart on the same roof, depending on which way they face.
The form is the same one on every page of this site, and the cap is the same: no more than three contractors, no cost to you.
Questions
What warranty should I expect?
Two separate things. The manufacturer covers the material for its rated life, but only if it was installed to their specification. The contractor covers workmanship, commonly five to ten years, and only for as long as they are trading.
How long should a roof last here?
Rated life and real life are different numbers. Here, ordinary rated life is a fair guide, provided the attic breathes. Ventilation and the quality of the installation move that more than the brand does.
